A limited number of repairs may require an extraordinary amount of replacement parts or require parts that are simply no longer produced by the manufacturer. In such cases, you will be contacted with the option to destroy the unit, repair it at a higher quote, or request return of the unit. If we cannot repair your product at the quoted price, you pay only the return shipping fee if you would like the product returned. No check or estimate fees! How to request service?
